She has worked across multiple areas of higher education, including admissions, financial aid, academic advising, career development, and program leadership. Her passion lies in making the college journey clear, accessible, and empowering for students.

Dr. Ruzicka holds a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Chatham College. Her expertise spans private and public institutions, and she has played a key role in developing large-scale college advising programs, growing them from a single counselor to a nationally recognized division serving thousands of students.

As a Certified Career Direct Consultant, Dr. Ruzicka specializes in helping students align their talents, skills, and values with their ideal college and career paths. Her approach is holistic and relationship-driven, ensuring that every student receives personalized support tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
